Saturday, 29 March 2014 – Persepolis, Naqsh-e Rostam and Pasargadae, Iran

We did a day trip from Shiraz to visit Persepolis, Naqsh-e Rostam and Pasargadae.

Once the centre of the Persian Empire, Persepolis was destroyed by Alexander the Great
